Our Riding Team repair service provides a diversity of skilled labour at daily rates or on a turnkey basis around the world to perform:
- Cleaning and painting in the engine room
- Replace ballast valves in duck keel 500 DN
- Deck and ballast tank maintenance (cleaning and painting)
- Ballast tank repair and deck maintenance
- Pre-docking steel repairs
- Carrying out deck socket replacement work
- Support vessel with deck preparation
- Arc welding, gas welding, machining, fitting etc.
- WBT and deck maintenance
- Focusing on the cosmetic upgrade of the main deck pipeline area
- Fitters for deck socket repairs
- Replacement of around 50 deck sockets
- Fabrication and renewal of approx. 8 no's of cargo hold ventilation covers
- Cut off old lashing eyes and re-weld new lashing eyes on lashing bridges in two outer rows
- Deck treatment including all attached parts, pipes, HCS, hatch coamings, CHS entrances etc. would be the scope of improvement
- WBT and deck maintenance
- Ballast tank upgradation
- Vessel upgradation
- Crane post of the bulk carrier amongst others
- Replacement of complete tank cleaning pipeline on deck
